Pumpkin Twist: Start with 20 seconds, increase by 5 seconds each day. May rest 1 day for the week, for a total of 50 seconds on the last day. Please post/email 2 pictures (on separate days) of your Pumpkin Twists. Please see the video for workout description, she does show a modified version as well. Please pick whichever version is best for you.  We will be using pumpkins again next week, so save one pumpkin for your workouts and don’t carve it for Halloween.
