Burpees: Start with 5 burpees, add 2 each day with one day of rest, 15 burpees by the end of the week. You may break them into 2 sets if needed. Please see the attached video for proper form as well as a modified version. These will be hard, just remember: No Pain no Gain!!! As usual post 2 pictures of yourself, 2 different days by November 12th. Please make sure you do each day not just the two that are required for pictures.
