On-Line Student Orientation Instructions

The following orientation information is to be reviewed by students who will be completing clinical experiences at GCH.

1. Instructions: Read the following information, and then return to the previous menu to proceed. Some of these orientations are power point presentations. If you are viewing it from a computer that does not have Power Point, you may need to download a power point viewer. You may need to do a google search from an internet browser to find one.
   • Click and review the Student Expectations.
   • Click on the Student Safety Orientation and review.
   • Click on the Student Safety Quiz and print and complete the quiz.
   • Click on the Student HIPAA Training presentation and review.
   • Click on the Student HIPAA Quiz, print and complete the quiz.
   • Click on the HIPAA/Confidentiality Agreement, print and sign.

2. Complete both quizzes and return to your faculty prior to the start of the scheduled rotation.
3. Print and sign the HIPAA/Confidentiality Agreement and return to your faculty prior to the start of the clinical rotation.
